Starting in the paid search space, Andy quickly built in depth knowledge of the wider digital channel mix and how each interacts with each other. A revenue growth expert, he has built digital strategies for global brands such as Matches Fashion, Sweaty Betty, Roland Mouret, Perfect Moment and Ancient Greek Sandals.
With a passion for helping luxury ecommerce brands burst through their revenue growth ceilings, Andy enjoys being target driven and is passionate about achieving results.

David received his Master in Marketing from EMLV Business School in Paris, France in 2003. After building and selling his own business David joined THG‘s Myprotein in 2016 where he operated as France’s marketing manager and then Europe’s marketing manager working across paid social and affiliates. At this point he developed a skill for Data-Driven unbiased marketing. After 16 years in Online Retail,
David joined RGA to help luxury retail ecommerce brand thrive through testing, data and carefully crafted social campaigns.
With over 5 years’ experience working both agency and client-side across a wide variety of lead-gen and retail-based clients across several different sectors, Elliot is a ambitious digital marketer who has successfully developed a specialist knowledge Paid Search. Experienced in delivery of large-scale Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft. He has worked across a number of global brands including Matalan, PureGym, Perfect Moment and Ancient Greek Sandals.
Elliot is passionate about market-leading Paid Search and hitting ambitious revenue targets as efficiently as possible.
Agency Marketing Manager
Danielle has extensive experience in both B2B and D2C, having spent her marketing career soley agency side working primarily within content marketing and demand generation. She brings practical content creation experience to Revenue Growth Agency spending time both in front of and behind a camera alongside extensive content and copywriting experience. Danielle's passion lies within audience and decision making; understanding the psychology and reasoning to why consumers purchase both within ecommerce and for agencies themselves.
